  1. Notes Awaiting Signature feature

    I noticed that some clinicians who do not have a supervisor assigned in the "permissions" tab does not get any notifications for the "notes awaiting signature" feature. The only way the clinician would know about missing signatures is by running the report. Is it possible to also have their missing signatures show up in the "notes await signature" as well?

  2. Client Messaging

    Hello,

    I wanted to use the "send & copy to contact log" feature but cannot identify which case I would like to attach to. Is there a way to have some identifiers show up for this feature. For example, the service type assigned to the case would be a helpful way to identify. We need to be sure the information goes to the correct case.

  3. Authorizations

    Is it possible to a have check box option for the authorization services. It would be nice if we could just check off all of the service types we want for the authorization instead of having to type each code individually for each code that has been approved/authorized.

  4. Staff Notifications

    Staff members complain about getting way too many email notifications when it comes to the scheduling updates. For example, if an appt is created from 1-2p and then we go back in within 5 seconds to adjust that appt time to 1:01-2:01, and then go back in within 2 minutes to adjust the time to 1:30-2:30, the staff member gets all of these changes in an email notification. Ideally, we only want them to get notification of the finalized appt. I am suggesting/requesting if it at all possible to add options similiar to the "client notifications" settings. Or if the…

  5. Assigning Service Types/Authorizations

    Is it possible to have an the option of check box selection when there is a need to "unassign" service types that have been "assigned". There is already a check box option when "assigning a service types". It would be great to have this same option when "unassigning" because it its very time consuming to do this one by one. It would also be helpful to have this function in the insurance authorizations section where we enter the "services", the check box option to select all that is needed for the service instead of entering one by one.

  6. Closing a case

    Once the discharge note is written and the case is closed, in order for the clinician to e-sign the closed note, they have to go back to cases, then go back in and select "close info" tab to see the e-sign button. Most of my clinicians have complained to me about this as they find it very cumbersome and confusing. Can this be adjusted so the the e-sign button is present just like it is when writing a regular progress note. Can this also forward to the Supervisor for signature as well.   9. Assessments/Summaries

    It would be nice if the Supervisor was notified when a behavior assessment, treatment plan, and discharge summary has been completed by a clinician, just like it does when a progress note is done. I imagine that it will appear in the alerts section just like the progress notes alert. The clinician should not be able to sign any of these documents until reviewed/signed by Supervisor. Once signed by Supervisor, it would be nice for the clinician to then also be notified of the specific document that is ready for signature. When needed, clinicians should also be able to sign…

  10. Open Cases

    Can you add a field within the "open cases" report that will allow the filter of "next appointment scheduled". This would be a nice way to check for clients that may require a discharge summary.

  11. Refunds

    Hello,

    I notice that when trying to refund a client it does not allow you to refund a specific portion of the collected amount. It is not always that the total amount collected in a transaction the client gets the full amount refunded. It would be great if we could select the exact amount to be refunded.

  12. Forms received notifications

    At the moment, you are only notified via email when intake forms have been received if you are the person creating the account and sending out the forms. It would be great if this could be sent out to anyone with Administrative access/permissions. At the moment, our current work around is to assign all administrative staff to the client, however, this can sometimes be forgotten about so it would be really nice if it was automatically done so we dont have to worry about missing the step in assigning the staff that is required to receive this information.

  14. Place of service

    Ive noticed an issue with the place of service syncing over from Catalyst. When a Catalyst note is created and the place of service chosen is "community", this syncs over into Web ABA's medical record as "office" and NOT "community" which means the information on the Progress note is incorrect, so when we release medical records to insurance or anyone, this information is inaccurate. The place of service at the invoicing level also syncs over into Web ABA as office. Ideally, this should sync over as "community" if that is the place of service selected in Catalyst.   15. Forms

    When a parent is entered into the contact network tab, WebABA will automatically send a set of intake forms, however, once the intake forms are completed, the system does not autopopulate/pull the info into the details tab, it has to be done manually. It would be nice to have the option in choosing which documents to send and have them autopopulate to the details tab like it does when sending from general documents tab "share new forms" and the client portal "organization tab".

    When trying to search under the warning tab, it doesn't allow you to search anything. This is a bug for sure! these bugs need to be fixed on a more timely basis. I feel like all these issues are taking a extensive amount of time to fix.

  17. Client Notifications

    We are experiencing an issue where clients are being notified to show up for appointments that are not an actual appointment although it is a billable service, sometimes to our agency and sometimes to the insurance carrier. For example, when a clinician does report writing or treatment summaries, a billable appointment is scheduled, however, the client doesnt need to be notified. I am hoping there is a resolution for this, it would be great, this way clients are not showing up to be seen or not calling the office to confirm.

  18. Client's Tab-Additional Details

    It would nice if the intake date was autopopulated for the first kept appt instead of autopopulating for the first appt scheduled. Its kinda hard to remember that you have to go back and change the intake date if the very first appt gets canceled.

  20. Docs for Prospective Clients

    Hello, I'm looking for a way to upload PDFs for prospective clients specifically. In the prospective clients section would be ideal! It would also be wonderful to add a section to list the parent's name for a prospective client as well :) .
