Color code clients
I know you can color code therapists, however I think it would be more beneficial to have the ability to color code clients. This way you can (at a glance) visually track the client's day to ensure they have coverage all day and there are not any gaps in the day. With our clients receiving ABA therapy for 6/7 hours a day with different therapists, it would be nice to have the client color coded to visually see their schedule.

assign client from staff profile
I want to be able to add multiple clients to one staff person directly from the staff person's profile. It is so tedious to have to open each client's profile to add one staff person.

Authorization Upload
There should be an upload document feature within each authorization that allows the documentation from the insurance to be stored with corresponding auth.

Contact Log
Unable to do a contact log for a case that has been closed. Ideally a contact log should be apart of the clients general documentation and not necessarily associated with a case. Just because a case has been closed does not mean we are done communicating with the client. Terrible record keeping.

Sort Function on the prospective client list
It would be helpful to to be able to sort this list by date added. It would also be good to be able to export the list and print it.

Assigning Codes
Assigning codes is a great feature, however, in using it, I have realized that there are more service types to "assign" rather than "not assign". As an admin person think it would be more efficient and less time consuming to have access in having it the opposite way around which would be to "assign" codes that are NOT allowed to schedule/create an appointment for clients. More often we have a small amount of service types that are not used vs the service types that we are allowed to use.

view only closed cases
When a case is closed all users should be able to access a view only of the clinical documentation. Currently to view closed cases you have to reopen the case but that takes the signature off the close note.

Web ABA Support
It would be nice if clients had a way of contacting support for troubleshooting when having issues with their portal. It's really hard to assist a client with portal issues if we have to contact support, wait for a response, then contact the client to relay the message, then support again if it still doesnt work, and so on. This is very insufficient. Ideally we "the administrators" would troubleshoot with the client first but when unsuccessful, it would be great if they could troubleshoot further with someone on the actual support team.

Appointment Reminders via Email
I just learned that the only email address that receives the appointment reminders is the main email on the "details" tab. Is there a way that all email addresses on the "details" tab get appointment reminders. We provide most of our services to children and deal with lots of separated and divorced families so it would be very helpful that reminders go out to multiple parties.

Client Messaging
Hello,
I wanted to use the "send & copy to contact log" feature but cannot identify which case I would like to attach to. Is there a way to have some identifiers show up for this feature. For example, the service type assigned to the case would be a helpful way to identify. We need to be sure the information goes to the correct case.

Assigning Service Types/Authorizations
Is it possible to have an the option of check box selection when there is a need to "unassign" service types that have been "assigned". There is already a check box option when "assigning a service types". It would be great to have this same option when "unassigning" because it its very time consuming to do this one by one. It would also be helpful to have this function in the insurance authorizations section where we enter the "services", the check box option to select all that is needed for the service instead of entering one by one.

Forms
When a parent is entered into the contact network tab, WebABA will automatically send a set of intake forms, however, once the intake forms are completed, the system does not autopopulate/pull the info into the details tab, it has to be done manually. It would be nice to have the option in choosing which documents to send and have them autopopulate to the details tab like it does when sending from general documents tab "share new forms" and the client portal "organization tab".

Client Notifications
We are experiencing an issue where clients are being notified to show up for appointments that are not an actual appointment although it is a billable service, sometimes to our agency and sometimes to the insurance carrier. For example, when a clinician does report writing or treatment summaries, a billable appointment is scheduled, however, the client doesnt need to be notified. I am hoping there is a resolution for this, it would be great, this way clients are not showing up to be seen or not calling the office to confirm.

Client's Tab-Additional Details
It would nice if the intake date was autopopulated for the first kept appt instead of autopopulating for the first appt scheduled. Its kinda hard to remember that you have to go back and change the intake date if the very first appt gets canceled.

Docs for Prospective Clients
Hello, I'm looking for a way to upload PDFs for prospective clients specifically. In the prospective clients section would be ideal! It would also be wonderful to add a section to list the parent's name for a prospective client as well :) .
