    When a client has a credit balance and it is an Insurance Credit, it would be VERY helpful if that credit was labeled Insurance Credit. This would allow the billing coordinator to quickly see what kind of credit is available. Client Balance Credits should be separated from Insurance Payment Credits, at the top of the ledger.

  4. Apply Copays to the Correct CPT codes when grouped in same invoice (i.e. psychological testing codes)

    Psychological Testing uses two sets of CPT codes 96130/96131 or 96136/96137 with "30" or "36" being the first unit of the day and "31" or "37" being all subsequent units provided on the same day. These codes must be grouped into a single invoice when billing to avoid denials for duplicate codes. Currently, the system automatically and incorrectly applies the co-pay to the top line item of an invoice which will always be the "31" or "37" code as they are billed after the "30" or "36" code.   6. Improve workflow of Corrected claims/resubmissions

    It would be great if you added an "edit" option to submit a corrected claim instead of having to delete all payments, and having to re-enter just to submit a corrected claim.
    Should just be as easy to do when a claim is rejected and have to resubmit.
    You have to many unnecessary steps in order for us to have to submit a corrected.

  7. A live hyperlink on a credit to verify where the credit originated, what invoice and what date of service.

    Credit can not be traced back once they are issued. It would be helpful to be able to trace it back.

  9. Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

    The State of Colorado requires that any Behavioral Therapy sessions happening in the home setting and billing Medicaid must be verified via EVV. This feature was available in Accupoint that when the staff member checked in and out, that data will be sent to Sandata to be verified. This is no longer available, and my staff are confused as they are religiously checking in and out in WebABA as they have been with Accupoint but they need to be doing that in Sandata and they are needing to juggle multiple platforms to do so.

  10. "Group all appointments into single claim" at the Batch Invoicing level

    When batch invoicing there is no option to group all appointments into single claim. It would make the most sense to have this option available for batch invoicing. Otherwise, not really working smarter and definately harder. Hopefully this can become an option asap.

  12. Removing Signatures/Batch Invoicing

    Hello,

    Suggestion: It would be ideal if we did not have to remove signatures from progress notes or delete invoices in order to update an appointment service type. Is there a way to just have the update cross over into the already signed progress note or over into an existing invoice that has not been added to "await submit" (totally understand that this cannot apply if the invoice is already in "await submit"). This would be super helpful so that we are not losing original signatures and dates, this is critical to the medical record. It would also be helpful…

    It would be great if client credits applied to client balance due is shown on the payment receipts and statements so that its clear to the client that a credit was applied to the total balance due.

    The ability to create an invoice that does not have to be attached to an appointment in order to generate. We have a policy that requires a monthly payment that is not associated with an actual appointment so the ability to do this would be great!

  17. Show credits and Unapplied Payments for clients more easily

    It would save time and be helpful to know which ERAs didn't automatically match to an open invoice without having to open each client's ledger. Adding a column to the customize grid option on the all clients tab to show who has payments that need matched to invoices would be helpful.

  18. Ability to add non-insurance Authorizations (grants, school, etc)

    I have an authorization for hours through a local school district. I'm currently unable to track that authorization in WebABA- I created a non-CPT code, but can't actually add an authorization to track utilization of the code.

  19. Adding an Authorizaton - Only show assigned service types

    Currently when adding an authorization, all services come up as an option to choose from, however, it would be best if the services that show as an option are only the services that have been "assigned service types". This way there is no way to choose an incorrect service code. Both the "assigned service types" tab and "services" options within the authorization should always match. It would help eliminate possible billing issues. This should also show as the only options when scheduling an appointment as well.
