Add Staff Names to all Calendar Views
We should be able to see which staff is working with which client in ALL scheduling views. Please list the staff on the appointment, so you don't need to click or go to the staff view to see it.

RESTRICT STAFF ABILITY TO MODIFY AVAILABILITY
Request that staff members be restricted from editing their own availability - and required to request from an administrator. Give administrators rights to edit staff availability. This would prevent last minute and unexpected changes to availability, especially for organizations that are scheduling weeks in advance.
Consider giving specific positions permissions to edit their own availability, but not all positions by default.

Not edit end time when editing start time
Would love for the end time to not automatically change when you edit the start time. For example, a session is scheduled 8-11. The client comes early and we edit the start time to 7:50. WebABA automatically changes the end time to be an hour later than the start time. The end time needs to stay the same unless it is manually changed, please.

Only allow service types someone is billable for to show on their client dropdown
For instance, If an RBT is working with an Aetna client, they should only have dropdown options that show RBT services, not BCBA services as well. The current system is convoluted.

See Supervision Appointments Connected to Your Session
When someone uses a code that is connected to a session you are already scheduled, the supervision appointment should show up on your calendar as well.

Staff Availability/Unavailability
Time off Requests straight into WebABA.
If we could be unable to schedule someone during their unavailability- whether that's their typical unavailability or an approved time off request.
Putting staff availability into the calendar that staff cannot change or mess with themselves without putting in a request for new availability.8 votes -
Mark Events (non-billable appointments) as kept
I would love the option to have staff mark non-billable appointments as kept or not like we now have for billable appointments. (We can mark client appointments with non-billable service types as "Kept" but not event appointments as "kept".)

Give an option not to auto delete supervision session when direct session canceled
Would love the option to not auto delete the supervision session when a direct session is canceled. 97155 does not require a direct session, so if the BCBA is covering the direct session, they might do part 97153, part 97155.

Repeat Event Default End Date
Can we please add a feature where if you repeat an event, the default "end on" date is the last date of the authorization? Thank you!

Calendar Syncing (Admin Access, Calendar by Client, and Outlook support)
It would be great if the admin could have access to sync the calendars for each staff. It would also be great if we have calendars for clients that sync too, so we can view where are clients will be during the week and with which staff. If possible, the same URL for iCal syncing but for Outlook calendars as that is what our company uses.

Add location (Home, Office, etc.) to Calendar
For those that aren't subscribing to the automatic drivetime appointments, seeing locations on the Calendar will help when adding Drivetime appointments between sessions. Or some kind of color coding that can be set depending on location.

Mass Delete or Change Appointments
The bulk edit appointment feature is VERY limited. It would be very helpful to be able to delete multiple appointments at once or change the service type or location for multiple sessions at once. Similar to what was offered in AccuPoint.

Limit Services to one per calendar appointment
There should just be one service attached to each calendar appointment. There should be an limit to Select One, because we've had employees select more than one accidently and that messes up repporting.

Add multiple staff to one appointment
We need a feature to add multiple staff to one appointment, especially if using a nonbillable appointment. Adding staff trainings to every single staffs called at is exhausting.

Use warning system for a double booking
It's limiting to have double booking turned on or off for a user. It would be much better to have a warning pop up when trying to double book. This would allow more functionality in the calendar.

Allow multiple supervisors to overlap the same direct appointment
Oftentimes we have multiple supervisors scheduled to see one client, at different times; i.e., a direct session is scheduled from 8:00-12:00pm, and 1 supervisor is scheduled to overlap 8:00-10:00am, and another from 10:00-12:00pm. Currently it only allows 1 supervisor to overlap the direct appointment.

Allow appointment times to be changed even if they have a supervision attached
Right now, if we need to change the appointment time for a direct session (due to late arrivals, early pickups, last-minute mid-day switches, etc.), we cannot do it if a clinician has a supervision appointment overlapping. The clinician has to delete the appointment, allow the scheduling team to change the appointment, and then recreate it. This is especially difficult if we are adjusting past appointments and the clinician has already written their SOAP notes for the session. It would be great if these didn't have to be automatically attached or if they could at least be edited while they're attached.
