  1. Active & Archived Service Types

    I noticed that if the name or the code of a Service type is changed/updated, it reflects all the way back in time to any/all appts that were associated with the Service type, which results in a change to the medical record and that is really bad record keeping. Unfortunately, I noticed it too late and was not able to back the appts.

  2. Close Note

    Would be nice if close notes were not removed when a case has been reopened. Sometimes it is clinically appropriate to re-open a case instead of starting a new one, however it is not ok to loose information that had been already documented prior to re-opening the case.

  3. Removing Signatures/Batch Invoicing

    Hello,

    Suggestion: It would be ideal if we did not have to remove signatures from progress notes or delete invoices in order to update an appointment service type. Is there a way to just have the update cross over into the already signed progress note or over into an existing invoice that has not been added to "await submit" (totally understand that this cannot apply if the invoice is already in "await submit"). This would be super helpful so that we are not losing original signatures and dates, this is critical to the medical record. It would also be helpful…

  4. Allow slimming of the POS list

    Allow the company to determine the number of Places of Service that they need for the company. Slim down the list so errors are not made. Instead of it being a determined list, let the company chose which ones apply to the company and add only those.

  5. Restrict documents

    The ability to restrict who can upload and delete general documents. I understand it's set by if you're assigned to a client, but we only want supervisors or equivalent to be able to upload or delete documents. This helps further protect security and HIPAA as if everyone can access everything, then there's greater change for editing / modifying incorrectly or deleting incorrectly.

  8. Stop pulling the group name from the organization settings and actually follow the location settings

    We have multiple NPIs and Tax IDs currently I have to change all of the settings in our group setup to be able to bill each payor, despite having specific location settings for each payor. Please fix this immediately. If Accupoint was able to do it, your new "improved" system should be able to do it.

  9. Schedule APIs

    It would be great to manage the scheduling through APIs. That way I could develop different to synch with other payroll companies, creating the appointments automatically based on my own calendar, etc.

  10. Assigning Codes

    Assigning codes is a great feature, however, in using it, I have realized that there are more service types to "assign" rather than "not assign". As an admin person think it would be more efficient and less time consuming to have access in having it the opposite way around which would be to "assign" codes that are NOT allowed to schedule/create an appointment for clients. More often we have a small amount of service types that are not used vs the service types that we are allowed to use.

    Can you add a check box to toggle on and off show canceled shifts on calendar, (like you have show non-client events and show travel appointments). Showing canceled shifts gets confusing when you are trying to reschedule staff if there are client cancelations.

  13. Credential Tracking

    An editing option should be given on the credential tracking just in case we input the wrong date of expiration. I only see delete or download as options. Also, not all staff documents have an expiration date but the system requires it for all documents forcing us to put in a random date just to upload. The checkmark for the credential tracking should be the trigger point for the expiration date requirement. Also, it would be nice if these documents automatically populated in the file cabinet for the staff members.

  14. view only closed cases

    When a case is closed all users should be able to access a view only of the clinical documentation. Currently to view closed cases you have to reopen the case but that takes the signature off the close note.

  15. Closed Case

    When a case is closed and there is an attempt to review the progress notes from the side pane "notes" icon, it automatically creates a new case. Can this be fixed so that cases are not created unless we actually select "case".

  16. Client Messaging

    Is it possible that we have the option to create a signature block for client messaging. This would be helpful so that we dont have to type it out each time we send a message and the clients will be able to identify the department or specialist they are communicating with via client messaging.

  17. Client Flags-Details Tab

    Client flags on the details tab, under "client details" at top left does not show the entire message associated with the flag. It seems that the message is cut off and all information associated with any flag is very important to everyone so hoping that you could either make it show all the details associated or at least give the ability to hover over the flag to see entire message so that it is not necessary to look elsewhere just to see the entire message. The tags are supposed to be helpful to very important reminders but we feel like…

  18. Access to cases

    Staff members assigned to the client should have access to all cases, even when not assigned to the actual case. This is causing a lot of back and forth between our admin and clinicians. Assigned clinicians should be able to review the clients entire medical record without any restrictions for coordination of care. I hope you can make this happen asap.

  19. Appointment Reminders via Email

    I just learned that the only email address that receives the appointment reminders is the main email on the "details" tab. Is there a way that all email addresses on the "details" tab get appointment reminders. We provide most of our services to children and deal with lots of separated and divorced families so it would be very helpful that reminders go out to multiple parties.

  20. Client Cases

    If a case has been closed and you click on the notes tab, it automatically creates/opens a new case. Can this be fixed so that its not creating a new case every time you click on the notes tab.
