Ive noticed an issue with the place of service syncing over from Catalyst. When a Catalyst note is created and the place of service chosen is "community", this syncs over into Web ABA's medical record as "office" and NOT "community" which means the information on the Progress note is incorrect, so when we release medical records to insurance or anyone, this information is inaccurate. The place of service at the invoicing level also syncs over into Web ABA as office. Ideally, this should sync over as "community" if that is the place of service selected in Catalyst. Not understanding why it does not sync over into Web ABA as such. Pls advise on how this can be fixed and show an accurate medical record.
