Admin to change all preferences (profile and settings) for the entire company. This would make life easier for everyone rather than the entire company having to log in individually to do this as many will not do it.

Add Staff Names to Calendar
We should be able to see which staff is working with which client in ALL scheduling views. Please list the staff on the appointment, so you don't need to click or go to the staff view to see it.

Report showing total scheduled hours for staff
Please add a total scheduled hours area for staff to see how many hours they are planned to work in a week. This would be helpful to see if Analysts are scheduling based on billable requirements, and would help to see if RBTs are getting scheduled in alignment with their preferred workload.

Detailed Appointment Report: Including Non-Client Events so we can find these events. Useful for tracking and reporting on Meetings, Non-Billable events, Admin Time, Indirect Time that is not covered by insurance.

Only allow service types someone is billable for to show on their client dropdown
For instance, If an RBT is working with an Aetna client, they should only have dropdown options that show RBT services, not BCBA services as well. The current system is convoluted.

See Supervision Appointments Connected to Your Session
When someone uses a code that is connected to a session you are already scheduled, the supervision appointment should show up on your calendar as well.

I want to be able to add multiple clients to one staff person directly from the staff person's profile. It is so tedious to have to open each client's profile to add one staff person.

Staff Availability/Unavailability
Time off Requests straight into WebABA.
If we could be unable to schedule someone during their unavailability- whether that's their typical unavailability or an approved time off request.

Creating WebABA Appointments from Catalyst Notes
It would be great if once a provider completes a SOAP notes in Catalyst that information is automatically copied over and a corresponding WebABA appointment is created.
Similar to how the note already appears under "catalyst notes" on WebABA
This would avoid the double work of having to create a WebABA appointment and Catalyst SOAP note.

Active authorizations should display the date range
The date parameters of active authorizations should be displayed at a glance under the "Bill to Insurance" tab under each specific authorization.

Complete Ledger
I want to be able to see everything owed by a specific payor, client, month, or everything all at once. Pulling individual clients is incredibly annoying.

Pass Non-Client events to Payroll Report
Non-Client, non insurance billable events are not passing to payroll report. These events are not marked as exempt from payroll and are set to use the DEFAULT payroll code but do not show up on any reports.

edit notes with an invoice attached
In Accupoint we could edit notes even after they were billed, and this would send an automatic corrected claim status to billing. Now we cannot edit notes once billed, which is a nightmare. Please include this feature as soon as possible.

ALERT ALERT ALERT - RESTRICT STAFF ABILITY TO MODIFY AVAILABILITY
Request that staff members be restricted from editing their own availability - and required to request from an administrator. Give administrators rights to edit staff availability. This would prevent last minute and unexpected changes to availability, especially for organizations that are scheduling weeks in advance.
Consider giving specific positions permissions to edit their own availability, but not all positions by default.

Add location (Home, Office, etc.) to Calendar
For those that aren't subscribing to the automatic drivetime appointments, seeing locations on the Calendar will help when adding Drivetime appointments between sessions. Or some kind of color coding that can be set depending on location.

We would like to have a Report that says it all
We would like to have a Report which has all the Information with Client's Name, DOB, Insurance Id, DOS, Claim Billed Date, Billed Amount, Contractual Allowed, Primary Insurance Paid, Secondary Insurance Paid, Patient's Responsibility such as Copay, Co insurance or Deductible, Outstanding, Units Scheduled, Units Billed, Billing Status ( Pending, Billed, Received, Partial Payment, Overpaid, Denied etc ) Notes, AR Aging days

Corrected claims/resubmissions
It would be great if you added an "edit" option to submit a corrected claim instead of having to delete all payments, and having to re-enter just to submit a corrected claim.
Should just be as easy to do when a claim is rejected and have to resubmit.

please display therapist names in the schedule boxes.
Please make the therapist names display in the scheduling boxes. I cant distinguish between schedules when viewing multiple between therapists. And make it easier to custom color therapists and/or clients to more easily be able to visually discriminate between them. Thank you!
