  1. Add Staff Names to Calendar

    We should be able to see which staff is working with which client in ALL scheduling views. Please list the staff on the appointment, so you don't need to click or go to the staff view to see it.

  2. Report showing total scheduled hours for staff

    Please add a total scheduled hours area for staff to see how many hours they are planned to work in a week. This would be helpful to see if Analysts are scheduling based on billable requirements, and would help to see if RBTs are getting scheduled in alignment with their preferred workload.

  3. Only allow service types someone is billable for to show on their client dropdown

    For instance, If an RBT is working with an Aetna client, they should only have dropdown options that show RBT services, not BCBA services as well. The current system is convoluted.

    Admin to change all preferences (profile and settings) for the entire company. This would make life easier for everyone rather than the entire company having to log in individually to do this as many will not do it.

    We would like to have a Report which has all the Information with Client's Name, DOB, Insurance Id, DOS, Claim Billed Date, Billed Amount, Contractual Allowed, Primary Insurance Paid, Secondary Insurance Paid, Patient's Responsibility such as Copay, Co insurance or Deductible, Outstanding, Units Scheduled, Units Billed, Billing Status ( Pending, Billed, Received, Partial Payment, Overpaid, Denied etc ) Notes, AR Aging days

  8. Use warning system for a double booking

    It's limiting to have double booking turned on or off for a user. It would be much better to have a warning pop up when trying to double book. This would allow more functionality in the calendar.

  9. Add multiple staff to one appointment

    We need a feature to add multiple staff to one appointment, especially if using a nonbillable appointment. Adding staff trainings to every single staffs called at is exhausting.

  10. Color code clients

    I know you can color code therapists, however I think it would be more beneficial to have the ability to color code clients. This way you can (at a glance) visually track the client's day to ensure they have coverage all day and there are not any gaps in the day. With our clients receiving ABA therapy for 6/7 hours a day with different therapists, it would be nice to have the client color coded to visually see their schedule.

  11. Ability to add non-insurance Authorizations (grants, school, etc)

    I have an authorization for hours through a local school district. I'm currently unable to track that authorization in WebABA- I created a non-CPT code, but can't actually add an authorization to track utilization of the code.

  12. Make Staff & Client Filters Independent

    We need the staff filter and client filter to work independently. For example. Select Staff A, and Client B and see both of those schedules at the same time IN WEEKLY CALENDAR VIEW

  13. Allow appointment times to be changed even if they have a supervision attached

    Right now, if we need to change the appointment time for a direct session (due to late arrivals, early pickups, last-minute mid-day switches, etc.), we cannot do it if a clinician has a supervision appointment overlapping. The clinician has to delete the appointment, allow the scheduling team to change the appointment, and then recreate it. This is especially difficult if we are adjusting past appointments and the clinician has already written their SOAP notes for the session. It would be great if these didn't have to be automatically attached or if they could at least be edited while they're attached.

    Our new Advanced Availability feature has included a new Availability view on the calendar. This new view does not yet allow availability to be visible for a week, but will be considered as a future enhancement. 

  15. See Supervision Appointments Connected to Your Session

    When someone uses a code that is connected to a session you are already scheduled, the supervision appointment should show up on your calendar as well.

  17. assign client from staff profile

    I want to be able to add multiple clients to one staff person directly from the staff person's profile. It is so tedious to have to open each client's profile to add one staff person.

  19. Staff Availability/Unavailability

    Time off Requests straight into WebABA.
    If we could be unable to schedule someone during their unavailability- whether that's their typical unavailability or an approved time off request.
    Putting staff availability into the calendar that staff cannot change or mess with themselves without putting in a request for new availability.
