Ability to add non-insurance Authorizations (grants, school, etc)
I have an authorization for hours through a local school district. I'm currently unable to track that authorization in WebABA- I created a non-CPT code, but can't actually add an authorization to track utilization of the code.

Make Staff & Client Filters Independent
We need the staff filter and client filter to work independently. For example. Select Staff A, and Client B and see both of those schedules at the same time IN WEEKLY CALENDAR VIEW

Features for LGBTQ+ Staff
Like how there are client fields for legal sex versus gender identity, sexual orientation, pronouns etc., the same should be true for staff. Also, there needs to be a way to hide a staff member's legal name if it is a dead name and they go by something different.

should expand the size limit on uploads and this should be address quickly. It is ridiculous with medical documents to have to cut down the size limit of things because it exceeds size limits!!!!

Allow appointment times to be changed even if they have a supervision attached
Right now, if we need to change the appointment time for a direct session (due to late arrivals, early pickups, last-minute mid-day switches, etc.), we cannot do it if a clinician has a supervision appointment overlapping. The clinician has to delete the appointment, allow the scheduling team to change the appointment, and then recreate it. This is especially difficult if we are adjusting past appointments and the clinician has already written their SOAP notes for the session. It would be great if these didn't have to be automatically attached or if they could at least be edited while they're attached.

Staff Report should be report at the Staff level
The current Staff Report breaks down the hours by the rendering provider not the actual Staff that provided the services. This report should be at the staff level

Client ID #'s
It would be great if we could use the "ALL" tab when searching by client id#, under the clients tab and it pulls up both active and archived clients. For example, when i try to access an archived client with client id using the "ALL" tab, it doesnt show up but then if I go to the "Archived" tab, it will show up. I think the default should automatically be to "ALL" unless you decide to change it, instead of defaulting to "Active" so that whatever your method of search, the client shows up, ie name, client id, dob, ph…

Convert Progress Note to Invoice
The ability to create a progress note with a CPT code so that it can be converted/attached to a claim WITHOUT having to create an appointment would be great. Supervisors don't always have the luxury of preplanned observation and direction and writing treatment plans doesn't need an appointment so simplifying this would be great!

Features for the LGBTQ+ Staff
I have seen places for client information with preferred name, pronouns, sexual orientation, gender identity versus legal sex, etc.. We need this for staff as well! There should be a way to only show the preferred name to others within the organization with the exception of admin, for billing purposes.

Auto-populate client fields from Intake docs
Most questions on intake form are same as Client Portal. Once an intake form is filled, can appropriate fields in Client portal auto populate?

view only closed cases
When a case is closed all users should be able to access a view only of the clinical documentation. Currently to view closed cases you have to reopen the case but that takes the signature off the close note.

Closed Case
When a case is closed and there is an attempt to review the progress notes from the side pane "notes" icon, it automatically creates a new case. Can this be fixed so that cases are not created unless we actually select "case".

Sort Function on the prospective client list
It would be helpful to to be able to sort this list by date added. It would also be good to be able to export the list and print it.
