  2. Active authorizations should display the date range

    The date parameters of active authorizations should be displayed at a glance under the "Bill to Insurance" tab under each specific authorization.

  3. Active & Archived Service Types

    I noticed that if the name or the code of a Service type is changed/updated, it reflects all the way back in time to any/all appts that were associated with the Service type, which results in a change to the medical record and that is really bad record keeping. Unfortunately, I noticed it too late and was not able to back the appts.

  4. Prompt or warning to save

    It would be great if the system would give a prompt or a warning such as "Do you want to save this information before leaving this page" before clicking to another page to avoid accidentally losing information that was input, please.

  5. Stay Logged In Feature

    I wish the system did not log me out every five minutes or so. I am on a shared server so I cannot save passwords which means typing out my long assigned user name and long assigned password every time I use the system. Having the option to stay logged in would be incredibly time saving.

  6. Spell Check for portal messages

    Spell check for portal messages would be helpful in as much as we must reread our messages before they are sent for accuracy. This is especially important because most office staff tends to type fast.

    Company WebABA login page should not have Therapy Brands advertisements on it. I'm OK with marketing to the account owner or administrator but not to our staff.

    Is it possible to give administrative access to staff profiles. This would benefit our admin team in assisting with managing all staff profiles without having to rely on the actual staff member to make the requested or correct updates/changes.

  11. Improved Navigation when using the back button -Jumping to different secitions

    It would be great if we could hit the back button to go back to a previous page or section that was previously worked on or reviewed without having to enter all the details again. Example, when working on catalyst notes sync, if I have to manually sync or update, once this is done, it will take me all the way back to the first page, prompting me to enter the details again basically starting over. It would be nice if the system jumped back to the page or section you were in previously once the task has been completed.…

    should expand the size limit on uploads and this should be address quickly. It is ridiculous with medical documents to have to cut down the size limit of things because it exceeds size limits!!!!

    Is it possible to block messages from clients that reply back to email notifications they receive that says "do-not-reply@webaba-app.com". This would assist in getting clients to be more compliant with using the portal.

    When a case is closed and there is an attempt to review the progress notes from the side pane "notes" icon, it automatically creates a new case. Can this be fixed so that cases are not created unless we actually select "case".

    If a case has been closed and you click on the notes tab, it automatically creates/opens a new case. Can this be fixed so that its not creating a new case every time you click on the notes tab.

  18. Closing a case

    Once the discharge note is written and the case is closed, in order for the clinician to e-sign the closed note, they have to go back to cases, then go back in and select "close info" tab to see the e-sign button. Most of my clinicians have complained to me about this as they find it very cumbersome and confusing. Can this be adjusted so the the e-sign button is present just like it is when writing a regular progress note. Can this also forward to the Supervisor for signature as well.   19. Assessments/Summaries

    It would be nice if the Supervisor was notified when a behavior assessment, treatment plan, and discharge summary has been completed by a clinician, just like it does when a progress note is done. I imagine that it will appear in the alerts section just like the progress notes alert. The clinician should not be able to sign any of these documents until reviewed/signed by Supervisor. Once signed by Supervisor, it would be nice for the clinician to then also be notified of the specific document that is ready for signature. When needed, clinicians should also be able to sign…
