Printing an Invoice & Statement
Hello, It would be very helpful if there was the option to sort the dates on invoices and statements to be in chronological order, especially for printing. This has been a clients request quite often lately.

Jumping secitions
It would be great if we could hit the back button to go back to a previous page or section that was previously worked on or reviewed without having to enter all the details again. Example, when working on catalyst notes sync, if I have to manually sync or update, once this is done, it will take me all the way back to the first page, prompting me to enter the details again basically starting over. It would be nice if the system jumped back to the page or section you were in previously once the task has been completed.…

Adding an Authorizaton
Currently when adding an authorization, all services come up as an option to choose from, however, it would be best if the services that show as an option are only the services that have been "assigned service types". This way there is no way to choose an incorrect service code. Both the "assigned service types" tab and "services" options within the authorization should always match. It would help eliminate possible billing issues. This should also show as the only options when scheduling an appointment as well. Most questions on intake form are same as Client Portal. Once an intake form is filled, can appropriate fields in Client portal auto populate?

Limits (Daily, Weekly, Etc)
Insurance has daily and weekly limits (not more than 8 hours a day, or 40 hours a week). These limits are in addition to the authorized unit limit. I wish there was a way to set that we cannot schedule more than 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week (the client receives therapy 6 days a week), while also still staying within the authorized units.

Corrected claims/resubmissions
It would be great if you added an "edit" option to submit a corrected claim instead of having to delete all payments, and having to re-enter just to submit a corrected claim.
Should just be as easy to do when a claim is rejected and have to resubmit.

Please make the therapist names display in the scheduling boxes. I cant distinguish between schedules when viewing multiple between therapists. And make it easier to custom color therapists and/or clients to more easily be able to visually discriminate between them. Thank you!

Add location (Home, Office, etc.) to Calendar
For those that aren't subscribing to the automatic drivetime appointments, seeing locations on the Calendar will help when adding Drivetime appointments between sessions. Or some kind of color coding that can be set depending on location.

Calendar on Schedule
When creating a new appointment, instead of manual selecting the date, month, and year, it would be great to have an option to click a date on a calendar (as is available in other places in WebABA) or to type DD/MM/YYYY to make it quicker.
2 votesYou can currently double click on the calendar in day, week, month, and staff view to create an appointment within that time frame. Hope this helps!

Limit Services to one per calendar appointment
There should just be one service attached to each calendar appointment. There should be an limit to Select One, because we've had employees select more than one accidently and that messes up repporting.
