Assigning Codes
Assigning codes is a great feature, however, in using it, I have realized that there are more service types to "assign" rather than "not assign". As an admin person think it would be more efficient and less time consuming to have access in having it the opposite way around which would be to "assign" codes that are NOT allowed to schedule/create an appointment for clients. More often we have a small amount of service types that are not used vs the service types that we are allowed to use.

Creating Invoices
The ability to create an invoice that does not have to be attached to an appointment in order to generate. We have a policy that requires a monthly payment that is not associated with an actual appointment so the ability to do this would be great!

Staff View
We should be able to customize or limit what front line staff have access to when the log in. Client information should be visible but read only, they do not generally need access to reports, they do not need access or the ability to edit or delete catalyst notes. Ideally, they could see, but not edit, their own schedule.

Supervisors signing behavior assessment addendums
Supervisors need to be able to sign all of supervisee’s medical documentation and currently supervisors and supervisees can’t both sign behavior assessment addendum.

With COVID protocols lifting, many payers are now requiring EPSDT reference. Can we work on the CMS1500 form to allow checking the 24H box?

Authorization Upload
There should be an upload document feature within each authorization that allows the documentation from the insurance to be stored with corresponding auth.

Color code clients
I know you can color code therapists, however I think it would be more beneficial to have the ability to color code clients. This way you can (at a glance) visually track the client's day to ensure they have coverage all day and there are not any gaps in the day. With our clients receiving ABA therapy for 6/7 hours a day with different therapists, it would be nice to have the client color coded to visually see their schedule.

Can you add a check box to toggle on and off show canceled shifts on calendar, (like you have show non-client events and show travel appointments). Showing canceled shifts gets confusing when you are trying to reschedule staff if there are client cancelations.

Billing Notes
Is it possible to have client billing notes from the "bill to & insurance info" tab show up in top right corner of the ledger screen, right underneath the "notes" button. This would be very helpful when in the process of creating an invoice or accepting a payment, to be able to see billing notes which can hold valuable information about billing and the client.

Only allow service types someone is billable for to show on their client dropdown
For instance, If an RBT is working with an Aetna client, they should only have dropdown options that show RBT services, not BCBA services as well. The current system is convoluted.

credits and Unapplied Payments
It would save time and be helpful to know which ERAs didn't automatically match to an open invoice without having to open each client's ledger. Adding a column to the customize grid option on the all clients tab to show who has payments that need matched to invoices would be helpful.

Add Staff Names to Calendar
We should be able to see which staff is working with which client in ALL scheduling views. Please list the staff on the appointment, so you don't need to click or go to the staff view to see it.

Report showing total scheduled hours for staff
Please add a total scheduled hours area for staff to see how many hours they are planned to work in a week. This would be helpful to see if Analysts are scheduling based on billable requirements, and would help to see if RBTs are getting scheduled in alignment with their preferred workload.

Add multiple staff to one appointment
We need a feature to add multiple staff to one appointment, especially if using a nonbillable appointment. Adding staff trainings to every single staffs called at is exhausting.

We would like to have a Report that says it all
We would like to have a Report which has all the Information with Client's Name, DOB, Insurance Id, DOS, Claim Billed Date, Billed Amount, Contractual Allowed, Primary Insurance Paid, Secondary Insurance Paid, Patient's Responsibility such as Copay, Co insurance or Deductible, Outstanding, Units Scheduled, Units Billed, Billing Status ( Pending, Billed, Received, Partial Payment, Overpaid, Denied etc ) Notes, AR Aging days

Printing an Invoice & Statement
Hello, It would be very helpful if there was the option to sort the dates on invoices and statements to be in chronological order, especially for printing. This has been a clients request quite often lately.
