  1. Place of service

    Ive noticed an issue with the place of service syncing over from Catalyst. When a Catalyst note is created and the place of service chosen is "community", this syncs over into Web ABA's medical record as "office" and NOT "community" which means the information on the Progress note is incorrect, so when we release medical records to insurance or anyone, this information is inaccurate. The place of service at the invoicing level also syncs over into Web ABA as office. Ideally, this should sync over as "community" if that is the place of service selected in Catalyst. Not understanding why…

  2. Single input for parent/guardian on forms

    I would like to make where parent/guardian can be put on all forms. Or a data point can be flagged as all forms and work like the Clients full name tab after first input.
