  1. Functional Payroll Report

    We would like a payroll report that shows staff hours compiled based on different pay types, and shows total hours worked per staff without having to search for a specific staff in the system.

  2. Permissions: Regarding Staff Schedule & Catalyst Notes

    Staff members should NOT be able to see other staff members schedules. As a business owner, I know that this can cause major problems among staff and it should not be a default. I am not sure if this access is malfunction in the permissions but other ABA systems do not have this as a default. Same for the Catalyst Notes matching. That is a task designated to the administrative staff and/or biller. Staff members should not be matching their own notes. It should either Auto match or the admin should match it. Please consider removing these defaults.

  3. Scheduling Availability updated by admin staff or scheduler

    Admin/Scheduler having the capability to adjust therapist availability in settings and preferences as needed, rather than therapists being the only staff who can adjust their availability.

  5. Make the prospective client list a customizable grid and make it printable.

    The prospective client list would be more functional and easier to use if the grid was customizable and you could export the list for the purpose of printing it.

  7. Customized Filters

    Most companies will have more than one area in which they work can be different counties or even states, we need a way to filter employees based on their location in order to see their schedules and not have to search that employee only. By having employees grouped together it will allow for the schedulers to see people's availability better and make switches based on the data shown.

    should have option to archive or move auth expired auths. otherwise you are going to have this LONG list of expired auth's which at some point will be ridiculously long. I feel like these "bugs" or certain suggestions can be implemented rather quickly.

  10. Client ID #'s

    It would be great if we could use the "ALL" tab when searching by client id#, under the clients tab and it pulls up both active and archived clients. For example, when i try to access an archived client with client id using the "ALL" tab, it doesnt show up but then if I go to the "Archived" tab, it will show up. I think the default should automatically be to "ALL" unless you decide to change it, instead of defaulting to "Active" so that whatever your method of search, the client shows up, ie name, client id, dob, ph…

    Archived client's ID numbers as well as their other information can now be viewed under the "All" tab. There is also a new "Customize Grid" button under the "Archived" tab where users can view other pertinent information related to their archived clients.

  12. Matching the Catalyst Note

    Web ABA will match a Catalyst note to an appointment when the times are different. For example, the appointment in Web ABA is until 7:30 pm. The catalyst note has an ending time of 7:35 pm. Web ABA should not auto match that note because of the 5 minute difference, however, Web ABA DOES auto match it, thus making the record inaccurate. Suggested feature, don't auto match when the times don't match, even if it is 5 minutes.

  13. Authorizations

    We should not be able to schedule an appointment if there is not enough units left in the authorization, if anything the scheduler should have to override if/when necessary but should not be allowed to schedule without some sort of red flag that stops this from going forward. The notification that shows up at the bottom of the appointment window is not enough because sometimes, it is overlooked, not intentionally but easy to miss, which can then also create a billing issue (denial/rejection) once the service is rendered.

    1. It is now possible to do this when creating/editing a service type. When making a service type, click Prevent scheduling for service types without a valid authorization to prevent appointments from being scheduled for service types that do not have an authorization, or are associated with an authorization that is expired, exhausted, inactive or does not have any available units. https://support.therapybrands.com/s/article/360057290531-Add-Edit-Billable-Service-Types-WebABA-Pro-Group

    Feels like double to work when we are inputting auth's then the same information under assigning the service type. It should be linked automatically.

  16. Create Catalyst appt in new window

    It would be nice if when creating an appt from the catalyst note, if a new window would pop up. It seems backwards that you are exited out of everything and have to start over once done.

  17. CC function for client messaging

    I would like clients to be able to send an email in the portal to not only their scheduled clinician but also to other family members that are loaded into the contact network. This will prevent parents that are separated or divorced to not have one sided communication with the clinician.

  19. Filter service types

    Suggesting a filter for billable and non billable service types so that you dont have to scroll to find what you are looking for. We use a lot of service types and when its time to update or make changes, I have to search for the code by scrolling.

  20. Non-admin permission for bulk editing appts

    Select staff should have option to access bulk edit for appts BUT without having to give permission for Admin and Billing. Reason is, they should not have access to other staff personal information
