  1. Report showing total scheduled hours for staff

    Please add a total scheduled hours area for staff to see how many hours they are planned to work in a week. This would be helpful to see if Analysts are scheduling based on billable requirements, and would help to see if RBTs are getting scheduled in alignment with their preferred workload.

  2. Give option to type state instead of scrolling

  3. Functional Payroll Report

    We would like a payroll report that shows staff hours compiled based on different pay types, and shows total hours worked per staff without having to search for a specific staff in the system.

  5. Mass Delete or Change Appointments

    The bulk edit appointment feature is VERY limited. It would be very helpful to be able to delete multiple appointments at once or change the service type or location for multiple sessions at once. Similar to what was offered in AccuPoint.

  8. Permissions: Regarding Staff Schedule & Catalyst Notes

    Staff members should NOT be able to see other staff members schedules. As a business owner, I know that this can cause major problems among staff and it should not be a default. I am not sure if this access is malfunction in the permissions but other ABA systems do not have this as a default. Same for the Catalyst Notes matching. That is a task designated to the administrative staff and/or biller. Staff members should not be matching their own notes. It should either Auto match or the admin should match it. Please consider removing these defaults.

  9. Scheduling Availability updated by admin staff or scheduler

    Admin/Scheduler having the capability to adjust therapist availability in settings and preferences as needed, rather than therapists being the only staff who can adjust their availability.

  10. Sort Function on the prospective client list

    It would be helpful to to be able to sort this list by date added. It would also be good to be able to export the list and print it.

  11. Warning if Credit Card is Invalid

    The system had a really cool feature that would let us know when a card was considered as invalid card number, cvv, or expiration date. It would not allow it to save. Not sure what happened but it would be nice to have it back. This was very helpful.

  12. Don't remove Close Notes when a case has been reopened.

    Would be nice if close notes were not removed when a case has been reopened. Sometimes it is clinically appropriate to re-open a case instead of starting a new one, however it is not ok to loose information that had been already documented prior to re-opening the case.

  14. Billing Notes

    Is it possible to have client billing notes from the "bill to & insurance info" tab show up in top right corner of the ledger screen, right underneath the "notes" button. This would be very helpful when in the process of creating an invoice or accepting a payment, to be able to see billing notes which can hold valuable information about billing and the client.

  15. Make the prospective client list a customizable grid and make it printable.

    The prospective client list would be more functional and easier to use if the grid was customizable and you could export the list for the purpose of printing it.

  17. Expired Intake Packet

    Is there a way to be notified of the Expired Intake Packets under the general documents tab "shared forms". This would help to ensure that we are requesting clients to update their documents for the medical record.

  18. Features for the LGBTQ+ Staff

    I have seen places for client information with preferred name, pronouns, sexual orientation, gender identity versus legal sex, etc.. We need this for staff as well! There should be a way to only show the preferred name to others within the organization with the exception of admin, for billing purposes.

  19. Ability to add non-expiring documents to credential tracking

    Not all staff documents have an expiration date but the system requires it for all documents forcing us to put in a random date just to upload. The checkmark for the credential tracking should be the trigger point for the expiration date requirement.

  20. View only option on closed cases

    When a case is closed all users should be able to access a view only of the clinical documentation. Currently to view closed cases you have to reopen the case but that takes the signature off the close note.
