  1. Ability to add non-insurance Authorizations (grants, school, etc)

    I have an authorization for hours through a local school district. I'm currently unable to track that authorization in WebABA- I created a non-CPT code, but can't actually add an authorization to track utilization of the code.

    I want to be able to see everything owed by a specific payor, client, month, or everything all at once. Pulling individual clients is incredibly annoying.

  5. Printing an Invoice & Statement

    Hello, It would be very helpful if there was the option to sort the dates on invoices and statements to be in chronological order, especially for printing. This has been a clients request quite often lately.

  6. Adding an Authorizaton

    Currently when adding an authorization, all services come up as an option to choose from, however, it would be best if the services that show as an option are only the services that have been "assigned service types". This way there is no way to choose an incorrect service code. Both the "assigned service types" tab and "services" options within the authorization should always match. It would help eliminate possible billing issues. This should also show as the only options when scheduling an appointment as well.   7. Corrected claims/resubmissions

    It would be great if you added an "edit" option to submit a corrected claim instead of having to delete all payments, and having to re-enter just to submit a corrected claim.
    Should just be as easy to do when a claim is rejected and have to resubmit.
    You have to many unnecessary steps in order for us to have to submit a corrected.

  9. Batch Invoicing

    When batch invoicing there is no option to group all appointments into single claim. It would make the most sense to have this option available for batch invoicing. Otherwise, not really working smarter and definately harder. Hopefully this can become an option asap.

  13. Creating Invoices

    The ability to create an invoice that does not have to be attached to an appointment in order to generate. We have a policy that requires a monthly payment that is not associated with an actual appointment so the ability to do this would be great!

  14. Billing Notes

    Is it possible to have client billing notes from the "bill to & insurance info" tab show up in top right corner of the ledger screen, right underneath the "notes" button. This would be very helpful when in the process of creating an invoice or accepting a payment, to be able to see billing notes which can hold valuable information about billing and the client.

  15. credits and Unapplied Payments

    It would save time and be helpful to know which ERAs didn't automatically match to an open invoice without having to open each client's ledger. Adding a column to the customize grid option on the all clients tab to show who has payments that need matched to invoices would be helpful.

  17. Non insurance related invoicing

    It would be nice if I was able to create an invoice that is not attached to an appointment or required to send off to insurance for billing. For example, we collect a monthly service fee for our active clients, however, I have to use a different payment system in order to collect this fee and it would really be nice to have this accounted for all in one place.

  19. Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

    The State of Colorado requires that any Behavioral Therapy sessions happening in the home setting and billing Medicaid must be verified via EVV. This feature was available in Accupoint that when the staff member checked in and out, that data will be sent to Sandata to be verified. This is no longer available, and my staff are confused as they are religiously checking in and out in WebABA as they have been with Accupoint but they need to be doing that in Sandata and they are needing to juggle multiple platforms to do so.

  20. Credit Cards

    The system had a really cool feature that would let us know when a card was considered as invalid card number, cvv, or expiration date. It would not allow it to save. Not sure what happened but it would be nice to have it back. This was very helpful.
