    I would say this should be an organizational setting because we use Cases for mental health or speech services and we don't want the ABA team to see those notes.

    When scheduling a staff who is not already assigned to a client, it should pop up and say "this staff is not yet assigned to this client, would you like to assign this staff now?" so you don't have to leave the scheduling flow in the event that you are assigning a new staff to a new client.
