Allow multiple supervisors to overlap a direct appointment
Oftentimes we have multiple supervisors scheduled to see one client, at different times; i.e., a direct session is scheduled from 8:00-12:00pm, and 1 supervisor is scheduled to overlap 8:00-10:00am, and another from 10:00-12:00pm. Currently it only allows 1 supervisor to overlap the direct appointment.

Payments
It would be great if client credits applied to client balance due is shown on the payment receipts and statements so that its clear to the client that a credit was applied to the total balance due.

Remove TherapyBrands advertisements from login page
Company WebABA login page should not have Therapy Brands advertisements on it. I'm OK with marketing to the account owner or administrator but not to our staff.

Sort Function on the prospective client list
It would be helpful to to be able to sort this list by date added. It would also be good to be able to export the list and print it.

Credit Cards
The system had a really cool feature that would let us know when a card was considered as invalid card number, cvv, or expiration date. It would not allow it to save. Not sure what happened but it would be nice to have it back. This was very helpful.

Close Note
Would be nice if close notes were not removed when a case has been reopened. Sometimes it is clinically appropriate to re-open a case instead of starting a new one, however it is not ok to loose information that had been already documented prior to re-opening the case.

Allow slimming of the POS list
Allow the company to determine the number of Places of Service that they need for the company. Slim down the list so errors are not made. Instead of it being a determined list, let the company chose which ones apply to the company and add only those.

Restrict documents
The ability to restrict who can upload and delete general documents. I understand it's set by if you're assigned to a client, but we only want supervisors or equivalent to be able to upload or delete documents. This helps further protect security and HIPAA as if everyone can access everything, then there's greater change for editing / modifying incorrectly or deleting incorrectly.

Location not loading from calendar
I have to change the location on every invoice because it is wrong, despite it being correct on the calendar.

Stop pulling the group name from the organization settings and actually follow the location settings
We have multiple NPIs and Tax IDs currently I have to change all of the settings in our group setup to be able to bill each payor, despite having specific location settings for each payor. Please fix this immediately. If Accupoint was able to do it, your new "improved" system should be able to do it.

Creating Invoices
The ability to create an invoice that does not have to be attached to an appointment in order to generate. We have a policy that requires a monthly payment that is not associated with an actual appointment so the ability to do this would be great!

Staff View
We should be able to customize or limit what front line staff have access to when the log in. Client information should be visible but read only, they do not generally need access to reports, they do not need access or the ability to edit or delete catalyst notes. Ideally, they could see, but not edit, their own schedule.

Allow appointment times to be changed even if they have a supervision attached
Right now, if we need to change the appointment time for a direct session (due to late arrivals, early pickups, last-minute mid-day switches, etc.), we cannot do it if a clinician has a supervision appointment overlapping. The clinician has to delete the appointment, allow the scheduling team to change the appointment, and then recreate it. This is especially difficult if we are adjusting past appointments and the clinician has already written their SOAP notes for the session. It would be great if these didn't have to be automatically attached or if they could at least be edited while they're attached.

Improvements for Supervisor Notes Awaiting Approval
The approval process for progress notes should have a way to send notes back to a clinician for correction, the only option is to approve it. We've looked for other ways to notify the clinician of needed corrections within Web ABA/Catalyst (secure messaging is only to clients (not inter-office), the contact log does tag to the clinician or send a notification, removing the signature on the note, addendums... but nothing sends the note back to them when it needs corrections other than us informing them outside of Web ABA/Catalyst.
It would also be nice if the page had filters so…

Schedule APIs
It would be great to manage the scheduling through APIs. That way I could develop different to synch with other payroll companies, creating the appointments automatically based on my own calendar, etc.

Printing an Invoice & Statement
Hello, It would be very helpful if there was the option to sort the dates on invoices and statements to be in chronological order, especially for printing. This has been a clients request quite often lately.
