Notes Awaiting Signature feature
I noticed that some clinicians who do not have a supervisor assigned in the "permissions" tab does not get any notifications for the "notes awaiting signature" feature. The only way the clinician would know about missing signatures is by running the report. Is it possible to also have their missing signatures show up in the "notes await signature" as well?

Client Messaging
Hello,
I wanted to use the "send & copy to contact log" feature but cannot identify which case I would like to attach to. Is there a way to have some identifiers show up for this feature. For example, the service type assigned to the case would be a helpful way to identify. We need to be sure the information goes to the correct case.

UPLOADS
should expand the size limit on uploads and this should be address quickly. It is ridiculous with medical documents to have to cut down the size limit of things because it exceeds size limits!!!!

Jumping secitions
It would be great if we could hit the back button to go back to a previous page or section that was previously worked on or reviewed without having to enter all the details again. Example, when working on catalyst notes sync, if I have to manually sync or update, once this is done, it will take me all the way back to the first page, prompting me to enter the details again basically starting over. It would be nice if the system jumped back to the page or section you were in previously once the task has been completed.…

Authorizations
Is it possible to a have check box option for the authorization services. It would be nice if we could just check off all of the service types we want for the authorization instead of having to type each code individually for each code that has been approved/authorized.

Staff Notifications
Staff members complain about getting way too many email notifications when it comes to the scheduling updates. For example, if an appt is created from 1-2p and then we go back in within 5 seconds to adjust that appt time to 1:01-2:01, and then go back in within 2 minutes to adjust the time to 1:30-2:30, the staff member gets all of these changes in an email notification. Ideally, we only want them to get notification of the finalized appt. I am suggesting/requesting if it at all possible to add options similiar to the "client notifications" settings. Or if the…

Make Staff & Client Filters Independent
We need the staff filter and client filter to work independently. For example. Select Staff A, and Client B and see both of those schedules at the same time IN WEEKLY CALENDAR VIEW

Assigning Service Types/Authorizations
Is it possible to have an the option of check box selection when there is a need to "unassign" service types that have been "assigned". There is already a check box option when "assigning a service types". It would be great to have this same option when "unassigning" because it its very time consuming to do this one by one. It would also be helpful to have this function in the insurance authorizations section where we enter the "services", the check box option to select all that is needed for the service instead of entering one by one.

Staff Report should be report at the Staff level
The current Staff Report breaks down the hours by the rendering provider not the actual Staff that provided the services. This report should be at the staff level

Closing a case
Once the discharge note is written and the case is closed, in order for the clinician to e-sign the closed note, they have to go back to cases, then go back in and select "close info" tab to see the e-sign button. Most of my clinicians have complained to me about this as they find it very cumbersome and confusing. Can this be adjusted so the the e-sign button is present just like it is when writing a regular progress note. Can this also forward to the Supervisor for signature as well. Client ID #'s
It would be great if we could use the "ALL" tab when searching by client id#, under the clients tab and it pulls up both active and archived clients. For example, when i try to access an archived client with client id using the "ALL" tab, it doesnt show up but then if I go to the "Archived" tab, it will show up. I think the default should automatically be to "ALL" unless you decide to change it, instead of defaulting to "Active" so that whatever your method of search, the client shows up, ie name, client id, dob, ph…

Overtime
It would be great if calendar view was able to show hours scheduled in a day/week when looking at weekly view, this would help identify Overtime.

Client notes from the details page should show up on the agenda so that it is easy to identify important information that pertains to the client.

Assessments/Summaries
It would be nice if the Supervisor was notified when a behavior assessment, treatment plan, and discharge summary has been completed by a clinician, just like it does when a progress note is done. I imagine that it will appear in the alerts section just like the progress notes alert. The clinician should not be able to sign any of these documents until reviewed/signed by Supervisor. Once signed by Supervisor, it would be nice for the clinician to then also be notified of the specific document that is ready for signature. When needed, clinicians should also be able to sign…

Open Cases
Can you add a field within the "open cases" report that will allow the filter of "next appointment scheduled". This would be a nice way to check for clients that may require a discharge summary.

Adding an Authorizaton
Currently when adding an authorization, all services come up as an option to choose from, however, it would be best if the services that show as an option are only the services that have been "assigned service types". This way there is no way to choose an incorrect service code. Both the "assigned service types" tab and "services" options within the authorization should always match. It would help eliminate possible billing issues. This should also show as the only options when scheduling an appointment as well. Refunds
Hello,
I notice that when trying to refund a client it does not allow you to refund a specific portion of the collected amount. It is not always that the total amount collected in a transaction the client gets the full amount refunded. It would be great if we could select the exact amount to be refunded.
