  1. Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

    The State of Colorado requires that any Behavioral Therapy sessions happening in the home setting and billing Medicaid must be verified via EVV. This feature was available in Accupoint that when the staff member checked in and out, that data will be sent to Sandata to be verified. This is no longer available, and my staff are confused as they are religiously checking in and out in WebABA as they have been with Accupoint but they need to be doing that in Sandata and they are needing to juggle multiple platforms to do so.

  2. Calendar Syncing (Admin Access, Calendar by Client, and Outlook support)

    It would be great if the admin could have access to sync the calendars for each staff. It would also be great if we have calendars for clients that sync too, so we can view where are clients will be during the week and with which staff. If possible, the same URL for iCal syncing but for Outlook calendars as that is what our company uses.

  3. ALERT ALERT ALERT - RESTRICT STAFF ABILITY TO MODIFY AVAILABILITY

    Request that staff members be restricted from editing their own availability - and required to request from an administrator. Give administrators rights to edit staff availability. This would prevent last minute and unexpected changes to availability, especially for organizations that are scheduling weeks in advance.

    Consider giving specific positions permissions to edit their own availability, but not all positions by default.

  4. Add location (Home, Office, etc.) to Calendar

    For those that aren't subscribing to the automatic drivetime appointments, seeing locations on the Calendar will help when adding Drivetime appointments between sessions. Or some kind of color coding that can be set depending on location.

  5. We would like to have a Report that says it all

    We would like to have a Report which has all the Information with Client's Name, DOB, Insurance Id, DOS, Claim Billed Date, Billed Amount, Contractual Allowed, Primary Insurance Paid, Secondary Insurance Paid, Patient's Responsibility such as Copay, Co insurance or Deductible, Outstanding, Units Scheduled, Units Billed, Billing Status ( Pending, Billed, Received, Partial Payment, Overpaid, Denied etc ) Notes, AR Aging days

  6. Calendar on Schedule

    When creating a new appointment, instead of manual selecting the date, month, and year, it would be great to have an option to click a date on a calendar (as is available in other places in WebABA) or to type DD/MM/YYYY to make it quicker.

  7. Color code clients

    I know you can color code therapists, however I think it would be more beneficial to have the ability to color code clients. This way you can (at a glance) visually track the client's day to ensure they have coverage all day and there are not any gaps in the day. With our clients receiving ABA therapy for 6/7 hours a day with different therapists, it would be nice to have the client color coded to visually see their schedule.

  8. Mass Delete or Change Appointments

    The bulk edit appointment feature is VERY limited. It would be very helpful to be able to delete multiple appointments at once or change the service type or location for multiple sessions at once. Similar to what was offered in AccuPoint.

  10. Limit Services to one per calendar appointment

    There should just be one service attached to each calendar appointment. There should be an limit to Select One, because we've had employees select more than one accidently and that messes up repporting.

  17. Give admins the ability to make permanent changes to staff permissions by their position.

    Give admins the ability to make permanent changes to staff permissions by their position. For example, BCBA and RBT positions should have a custom setting for admins to check or check off what they can and cannot have access to. Right now, the system has it set and you have to go in manually through each staff to make modifications to their position. It will make everything more secure for the agency, and make it easier and faster to change permissions.
